ANAK is pleased to take part in the Faculty of Medicine UM Biomedical Summer Camp for inner-city children. ANAK has invited 11 Filipino-Canadian students from grades 4 to 12 to take place in the program hosted by director, Dr. Amara. The program will give inner-city students an opportunity to learn in a fun, hands-on setting.
ANAK would like to thank Dr. Rafael Nepomuceno and Dr. Amara from the UM Faculty of Medicine; Ms. Amy Lingat and Wellington Elementary School; and volunteers Mayon Marcelino, Scarlet Salas and Ian Nepomuceno.
