Each year we bring together and inspire Filipino-Canadian youth from high schools all over Winnipeg to push the understandings of our heritage and identity as Filipinos and Canadians. This year, we're bringing our reach further with the support of our friends and artists from the Kapisanan Philippine Centre for Arts & Culture (Toronto).
